The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any non-professional user of the Backyard website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “You”) and the merchant of the Backyard website  belonging to the company Backyard  with a capital of EUR 2,000.00, whose registered office is located at 72 rue du rendez-vous, 75012 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 334 140 167, with inter-community VAT number FR09334140167 (hereinafter referred to as “Backyard”). These Terms and Conditions are the only ones applicable and replace all other terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing in advance.

Backyard may occasionally modify certain provisions of the Terms and Conditions, so it is necessary to reread them before each order on the Backyard website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Terms and Conditions are accessible at any time on the Site and prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.

These modifications are enforceable as soon as they are posted online and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the Terms and Conditions applicable on the date the order is placed.

The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose before placing an online order. By checking this box, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions and the conditions of use contained therein.

The Website allows Backyard to offer for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Backyard or its commercial partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) to Customers browsing the Website. The main characteristics of the Products are presented on our Website.

It is specified that purchases of Products on the Website are reserved for non-professional individuals over the age of 18 with full legal capacity.

The Website does not allow the purchase of Products for resale. In this regard, the Customer's attention is particularly drawn to the fact that their orders must not exceed twenty (20) Products per order. Backyard also reserves the right to refuse any order that is deemed abnormal. Any order for a Product offered on the Site implies the Customer's full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
