Refund policy

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal from Backyard, without having to justify their reasons or pay a penalty, provided that the Product(s) is (are) returned in its (their) original condition, unworn and unwashed, within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision to withdraw.

The Customer is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-19 of the Consumer Code:

- The day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which the Product is received is not counted in the fourteen (14) day period mentioned above;
- The period begins at the start of the first hour of the first day and ends at the end of the last hour of the last day of the period;
- If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. 

Damaged, soiled, or incomplete Products will not be accepted for return.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting customer service:

- By email by clicking here;
- For orders placed as a guest, via the “request a return” section of the Website. 

The cost of returning the package is not covered by Backyard. You can drop off the package at one of the carrier's collection points, following the instructions of your choosen carrier.

If the above conditions are met, Backyard will refund the Customer for their order, including delivery costs, on the day the returned Products are received.
